REVISED MEET UP TIME
The committee have agreed to continue with the earlier meet up time with immediate effect. We are now meeting at 19.15 for a 19.30 start.

We are currently meeting in the Reception at Meadowside. There is no need to prebook places but keep checking Facebook (if you can) for any updates.

Membership is now due for 2024/2025. Please ask if you have not received your reminder email to pay direct to UKA

If you are able to run 2 miles without stopping, doesnt matter how fast or how slow then please contact us via the website.
