We meet every Wednesday evening at The Meadowside Leisure centre on High Street in Burton on Trent   7.45, notices at 7.50 ready to start running at 8 pm.



We warm up in the car park  - please be prompt in moving to the carpark so we can provide an effective, dynamic warm up prior to starting our runs.

We offer support, guidance and company by usually offering three runs per night: 

2, 4 or 6 mile runs are the norm but all depends on the numbers.
